We do not accept the return of any products as all products are genuine and some of them come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period. Please contact us if there are any queries.
On the rare occasion, a product appears to be faulty, we will have it assessed once sent back and we will cover the shipping costs and a refund or exchange of the product will be made. The window for all damage complains is open only for 72 Hours, from the time of delivery.
Gift cards are non-refundable
Change of mood returns will be accepted only if the product(s) is in the original packaging with a Flat restocking fee of ₹99. The return shipping charges will be paid by the customer, and if the product is not the original packaging or is used or tampered with in any sort of way the refund won't be processed.
